Gap needs to be wide enough for the cutter ring to sit down flat. 4mm is a safe start.

Output

In the print dialog choose A4 and set scale to 100% or Actual Size. Anything labelled “fit to page” shrinks every circle by a few percent.

Size table

Cutters are sold by the cut diameter, so measure yours and correct anything that disagrees. Changes are saved and used everywhere.

Saving

Leave this on and an exported PDF is also your save file — Import reads it straight back. Turn it off to hand someone a print-ready sheet without also handing them every design in this library.
